I have meditated for 8 years and when I went on a spritual trip to Spain, a Buddhist person did a chakra healing on me. 1 or 2 days later I felt warm sensations rigint to my head. I felt weird and ended up in a psychiatric institution.......schziophrenia was concluded. Now I am a self-realized being, trying out stuff like astral traveling and other stuff. So watch out with the kundalini. it is dangerous.
actually kundulini has given me incredible peace. i have been introduced to a new voice or guide. Tai De Ho and he is given me the incredible abilty of protected my energy. so we will see. LOL my pyschiatrist is on Call...
